Process Steps
Step 1
|
The Departement of Veterinary Services first has to clear the fish for diseases.
|
|
Step 2
|
The Fisheries Departement then checks the fish species for clearance.
|
|
Step 3
|
The trader can then apply for an export permit for fish from the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock.
|
|
Step 4
|
The trader must make a request for product exportation status from the receiving officer. If the product exportation is approved, the receiving officer then issues an application form.
|
|
Step 5
|
The Trader completes and submits an application form along with the relevant supporting documents.
|
Step 6 |
The approving section processes the application and approves it. |
Step 7 |
The applicant pays the processing fee and is issued with a receipt. |
Step 8 |
The issuing section processes the application and issues the Export Permit. |
Step 9 |
A copy of the permit and related information are kept for record-keeping. |
Step 10 |
The applicant may proceed with the next steps to export the goods. |
