Process Steps
|
Step 1
|
The trader must declare quantities for export at ZRA and submit the valuation certificate. The trader then collects an application form.
|

Step 2
|
The trader pays the application fee, completes and submits the application form along with the supporting documents.
|
|
|
Step 3
|
Submitted documents are reviewed by the Department of National Parks and Wildlife
|
|
|
Step 4
|
The trader is then instructed to pay the processing fees if application is approved.
|
|
|
Step 5
|
The trader then pays the permit processing fees and is issued with a receipt, which is submitted to the Authorizing Officer.

|
Step 6
|
The Authorizing Officer verifies the payment and issues the permit.
|

|
Step 7
|
The trader proceeds to collect the permit
